I would like to start off by wishing all Moms a very happy Mother’s Day! I’m especially grateful to have been surrounded by some of the best mothers in the world throughout my life. So, a happy Mother’s Day to all you great women from the entire crew at Key Largo Fishing Adventures.
We are starting to see glimpses of what Key Largo offshore fishing is going to be like during the summer months. The mahi-mahi season is in full effect and our guests are landing some big slammers. All of the boats in our fleet are seeing large bulls and cows up-to 60 lbs running through the offshore waters. Guests are also enjoying the fight of some nice size tuna during our Key Largo fishing charter trips. Plenty of fun to catch and so yummy to eat!
Key Largo fishing is at it’s finest during the summer months. Not only is their great deep sea fishing, there is also incredible reef fishing in Key Largo. evening fishing for tarpon and shark. There is great eating fish to be found while reef fishing. The Key Largo night fishing trips are more for trophy catches. Imagine the beauty of a tarpon dancing on the water against the sunset or the raw power of a shark ripping line off your spool. That’s why they call it “paradise” because there are so many fishing options in the Florida Keys.
One of the best things about being a Captain on a Key Largo charter fishing boat is that I get to share this incredible experience with new anglers like Allycia and her mother. Check out what she had to say about her recent Key Largo fishing trip.
“My family and I went fishing with you Saturday and it was an experience I will not forget! My mother booked the trip with you guys and at first I was kind of skeptical about it at first thinking it would be difficult and that we probably wouldn't catch anything. We know that we were completely out of our element but you both made it so easy for all of us ! We really appreciate your kindness and that you made us feel so comfortable on the boat with you guys. We look forward to coming down to see you again in the future!” - Allycia S.
