Celebrate Independence Day on a Key Largo Offshore Fishing Charter!

First, I want to thank all those men and women who have served and some given their lives for the independence of our great country.  Without you we would not have the freedom that we enjoy today.  Especially, the freedom to go fishing!

The summer is turning out to be a special time to go offshore fishing in Key Largo.  The weather is perfect; calm seas and sunny days.  The ideal conditions to be out on the crystal blue waters off the Florida Keys.  Great weather makes for great fishing, too.  The dolphin (mahi-mahi) bite has been strong and consistent all throughout the summer.  And as the summer progresses, the dolphin keep getting bigger and bigger.  Over the past few weeks, our guests are catching BIG bull sized dolphin on almost every trip.  Let’s just say that our guests have been eating very well from their catches with us.  And that’s the way we like it at Key Largo Fishing Adventures.

During this time of year, when the kids are on summer break we have lots of families that come fishing with us.  There is nothing like the look on a kids face when one of these monster sized dolphin hit the deck of our boat.  It is a unique moment that creates life-long memories.  Our crew enjoys having kids on board our fishing charters and teaching them about the greatest sport in the world - fishing.

The reef fishing is also heating up, especially with the opening of Grouper season (yummy Grouper).  The calm waters are allowing for some fun and fish-filled times for our reef fishing charter guests.  Our guests are also taking advantage of the Summer Special, which is our night fishing charter.  This trip let’s you get out on the water and catch some great fish for a lower price.  And because this is a night fishing charter, the temperatures are cooler (just in case you need a break from the sun).

This is a great time to go on a charter fishing trip in Key Largo.  Weather you are looking to go offshore fishing, reef fishing, night fishing or all of the above; check out Key Largo Fishing Adventures.  Visit us on Facebook, where you can see pictures of our most recent fishing trips. And for reservations visit our website or you can call me, Capt. Greg, directly at (305) 923-9293.  I hope everyone has a fun and safe summer!
